What came off the machine — yield, as-applied, harvest logs. Shapefiles or a zip of them. Nothing needs naming or sorting first — every file is identified by its columns and placed by its coordinates.
Boundaries and guidance lines — including a John Deere setup file — go in on Fields, under Import.
